Billing & plans

MakerEventsOS is sold as two modules you can buy separately or together. One catalog and one
inventory power whatever combination you pick.

The modules

• Events — the season command center: pipeline, packing lists, booth POS, per-event P&L.

Has a free tier: one event per calendar month with manual sales entry, free forever.

• Website — the hosted storefront: custom domain, online checkout, orders, themes.
• Full — both modules in one subscription, cheaper than subscribing separately.

Each paid module comes in Basic or Premium. Premium adds the power features — season
analytics and cross-event reports on Events; custom block-built pages and website analytics on
Website — while themes, fonts, and your brand color are Basic on purpose: a site that looks
like you shouldn't be an upsell.

Storage

Every account includes media storage for product photos and videos: **512 MB free · 5 GB
Basic · 20 GB Premium. Usage (and a recount button) lives in Settings → Store**. At the
limit, new uploads pause until you delete unused media or upgrade — nothing existing is ever
deleted.

Changing plans

Everything self-serve in Settings → Billing:

• Upgrades apply immediately, prorated on your next invoice.
• Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle — you keep what you paid for.
• Combining two separate module subscriptions into Full merges them (prorated now; the

redundant subscription simply ends at its period end).

• Cancelling Events drops you to the free tier — your data stays, the funnel keeps working.
• Cancelling Website unpublishes your storefront at the period end. Your catalog and orders

remain in the dashboard.

• Invoices and card management live behind Manage billing (Stripe's secure portal — we

never see or store your card number).

Founding members

The first 50 founding vendors lock in 50% off for life — $149 for the first year, then
$17/mo forever, on the Premium plan. When those spots are gone, that price never returns.

built in, not paywalled.
